CACAO MAMA's RAW CHOCOLATE RECIPE

This is the basic CACAO MAMA's raw cacao chocolate recipe that I love to offer at events and in the cacao meditation ceremonies. Enjoy the original recipe or try experimenting with different variations to create your very own raw cacao masterpiece. I love the raw cacao chocolate drink to be creamy and silky to touch all senses. The ORIGINAL is sugar-free, dairy free and slightly bitter. The raw cacao chocolate is detoxing and heart-opening. 

What you'll need for a sensual raw cacao chocolate drink is CACAO MAMA's Raw Organic Cacao Paste/Liquor, warm water and a blender. I add vanilla, cinnamon and cayenne. With cayenne cacao reaches the blood vessels more easily.

THE FOUNDATION: Ground the Cacao Paste to a powder. This is the foundation of all CACAO MAMA's chocolate variations. The more cacao paste you use for 125ml water, the more creamy and stronger the cacao chocolate.

 

THE ORIGINAL - CACAO MAMA's raw cacao chocolate recipe:

1-2 tablespoon ground cacao liquor 

125ml warm water (around 40°C)

¼ teaspoon vanilla powder

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon cayenne powder (optional)

 

Preparation: Blend all ingredients until creamy. I personally use the Personal Blender. Coconut sugar or any natural sweetener to taste.

 

 

CACAO MAMA's raw cacao chocolate recipe - WITH FRUITS:

1-2 tablespoon ground cacao liquor 

100ml warm water (around 40°C)

¼ teaspoon vanilla powder

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon cayenne powder (optional)

50ml coconut milk

1 banana or 2 slices pineapple

 

Preparation: Blend the cacao and the spices in warm water until creamy. Then add coconut milk and banana or fruits of your choice. Blend well. 

 

CACAO MAMA's raw cacao chocolate recipe - FOR KIDS:

1 teaspoon ground cacao liquor 

100ml warm water (around 40°C)

¼ teaspoon vanilla powder

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

50ml coconut milk or almond milk

1 banana 

A natural sweetener of your choice such as coconut blossom sugar or honey.

 

Preparation: First blend the cacao and the spices in warm water until creamy. Then add coconut milk and banana or fruits of your choice. Blend well. Sweetener to taste as the banana is naturally sweet.
